Here's the lowdown on our planned schedule:

🕖 7am: Let's kick things off with a 30-minute mobility session, where we'll stretch it out and get those muscles beach-ready

🕗 8am-8:45am: Get ready for a WOD workout that's not your average beach day. Coach Mel will guide us through beach flags—a lifesaving event that's all about beach sprinting and reflexes.

🕘 9am: To be confirmed, but we're thinking stand-up paddle boarding or surfing. Let's ride those waves and soak up the sun!

🕙 10am: Still up in the air, but we might be diving into some touch rugby or volleyball action.
