Look good naked

Look Good Naked is a strength-focused class designed for anyone and everyone. It sits between PureFit and our more technical training, offering a slower-paced, coached approach to building strength.

Gymnastics class

This class focuses on developing bodyweight strength and gymnastics skills through technique work and progressions. You’ll work on movements like pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and handstands, followed by a short interval-style conditioning WOD. Ideal for all fitness levels, with coaching support to help you move better and build skill.

PureFit

The primary goal is to get your heart rate up and keep it there to improve you cardiovascular endurance. Workouts include basic strength elements alongside core and cardio exercises. Open to all skill levels, no prior movement knowledge is required. In the 60-minute session, all movements are explained and easily learned, ensuring accessibility for everyone, regardless of experience.

WODFit

WODFit classes demand a solid grasp of "Strength & Skill" movements due to higher skill requirements in weightlifting and gymnastics. These sessions feature longer, more intense conditioning, placing greater emphasis on the workout itself. If you up for a challenge and ready to show off your skills that you have work so hard at, then WODFit is the class for you.

Masters

Using a blend of diverse functional movements and weight training, the 'masters' class is tailored to cater to a more experienced and mature group of individuals, providing specialised training suitable for members who are 60+ years old.

This cool program is all about getting your kiddos active and healthy as they grow into super-strong, capable youngsters. Offered once a week on a Thursday afternoon, we make sure the kids have a blast while getting fit.
